Shipping Policy

We currently ship our premium plants to major cities across Pakistan. Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we partner with specialized couriers who understand how to handle our green packages with care.

If your location is outside our standard delivery zones, please contact our support team. We may be able to arrange a special delivery depending on your specific requirements.

Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, delivery usually takes:

• Major Cities: 2-3 business days
• Other Areas: 3-5 business days

Please note that we avoid dispatching plants on Fridays or Saturdays to prevent them from sitting in courier warehouses over the weekend, ensuring they arrive fresh and healthy.

We take pride in our innovative packaging. Your plant is carefully secured in its pot to prevent soil spillage, and the foliage is gently wrapped to protect leaves and stems during transit.

We use eco-friendly and recyclable materials wherever possible. It's completely normal for a plant to look slightly tired after its journey. A little water and some indirect sunlight will help it perk up within 24-48 hours.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your plant's journey to your home.
